FACILITY MANAGER - Diploma holder with experience in managing a facility management team.
Job Profile
To manage teams, assets, projects and processes.
To manage a team engaged in cleaning, building support services and/or related activities the company undertakes.
To check progress of work undertaken by the company at the site and monitor the progress of the workers at site.
To organize the induction of recruited staff, their training, grooming and deployment and to anticipation future manpower requirements and help build potential staff strength.
To check work schedules, the material requisitioned and to involve actively in the development and implementation of effective Facility Management plans.
To develop and manage external relationships with all concerned agencies as also to discuss client’s day to day problems regarding services and take necessary step to resolve the same.
To check periodically that the , inventory control is in place and machineries are maintained in working conditions.
To ensure that the premises meet health and safety standards and energy efficient methods are practiced.
To prioritize Key Facility Management issues and to ensure permanent visibility of Facility Management activity.
